Who We Are
SHS Online is Ghana’s first fully online high school providing courses for aspirational and hardworking students. All our courses are delivered live online only by university lecturers with Doctorate and PhD degrees who are assisted by Tutors with Master’s degrees. SHS Online is different from traditional schools not only through our mode of teaching but also through our approach to education in general. We embrace a friendly, informal but disciplined approach, much like a university.
At SHS Online, we understand that education is not one-size-fits-all. We recognize that no two students have the same learning style and pace. Hence, we are pleased to offer programmes that allow students to study at a pace suitable to them while helping them meet their goals. SHS Online students can write the final examinations (WASSCE) in 2 years, 3 years or 4 years depending on their learning pace.
You can attend SHS Online as a full-time student if you are a junior high school graduate who wants to earn the high school certificate with us. Our part-time study packs are also suitable for students of traditional schools who want to supplement their studies with our high-quality classes to get better grades. Remedial students who are looking to improve their WASSCE grades can also choose any of our study packs that meet their needs.

Founder
Mr. Christian Obeng Boadi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SHS Online. Chris, as he is commonly called, is a marketing and advertising expert. He is also the Founder and CEO of Accra International School of Advertising and Design, Africa’s only advertising and design portfolio school, and Co-founder and Vice-President of Animation Ghana, a non-governmental organization currently promoting the Ghana Animation Industry Project.
School Administration
SHS Online operates from a physical administrative office where dedicated staff plan, direct, and coordinate the school’s academic, administrative, and auxiliary activities. Our Administrative Officers handle all teacher, student, and parent matters and are responsible for leading the teaching staff and students to work better and succeed. Parent and guardian engagement is a pillar of SHS Online. We will engage with parents and guardians and their families to help remove barriers that can hinder students’ academic success so they can achieve their full potential. The student is at the centre of our education with parents and guardians playing their role as partners in the development of the student.
